Memorial rally dedicated to the Day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan

In these February days, we remember the participants of the war in Afghanistan. Today, near the monument in honor of the internationalist soldiers, a memorial rally was held dedicated to the Day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. At the event, the head of the city and a representative of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus said words of gratitude for the fulfillment of their international duty. Students of the "School of Peace" addressed the younger generation with words about the value of peace on earth! The rally was also attended by mothers of the fallen soldiers, who accepted flowers and souvenirs from the city leadership. Time heals wounds, but without the past there is no present, and there can be no future. After all, as long as we remember, we live!
