On November 17, the "Breathe Freely" national campaign, aimed at preventing smoking among the population, took place at the Zhodino bus station. The event, organized by the Zhodino City Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, in collaboration with the Culture and Leisure Center, brought together concerned citizens eager to learn more about the dangers of nicotine and take a step toward a healthy lifestyle! The event was held as an educational activity, and participants were able to demonstrate their health knowledge by answering questions in games. Mishka and Piglet, the characters who played the game, distributed booklets with information about the destructive effects of cigarettes and modern vapes on the human body. ? The event culminated in the interactive "Exchange Nicotine for VITAMIN" platform. Here, anyone who made a conscious decision to benefit their health and quit their bad habit could exchange their cigarettes for sweets. The "Breathe Freely" campaign once again reminded us of the importance of caring for ourselves and our future, as free breathing is the foundation of a fulfilling life.
